TO MY FELLOW MAUBANIN:   

May I convey my sincerest gratitude to all of you for electing me to the highest position of our beloved town of Mauban. I am truly honored and humbled by the trust and confidence you have bestowed upon me. Along with this trust comes an enormous duty not only to lead but also to serve.

When I first assumed my office as the Mayor of our town, pursuing innovation and excellence in local governance has been my first and foremost goal for all of you. It has been also etched as the cornerstone of my program. But as days passed by, I realized that I cannot fulfill and attain this goal without putting our finances and offices in order. So, I implemented actions that hurt and misunderstood by some of us.
Making changes and innovations are not an easy job. We have to convince everybody that we are serious to make a difference in order to transform our town into a progressive and a pleasant place to live in, a town where every Maubanin will be proud of.

The circumstances which I had been called to lead and serve is filled with a profound sense of responsibility, which I cannot perform alone, the reason why I am urging all of you to share this awesome responsibility with me. If we will work together, we will do better.
